Vita Resources is an Australian listed early stage exploration company targeting copper, gold and critical minerals.

Following the appointment of a new leadership team in 2025, the company commenced a strategic review or its existing asset base whilst simultaneously  turning its acquisition spotlight to Australian gold exploration assets.

Under the guise of the new leadership team, significant progress has been made at the ICE Copper-Gold Project located within the Yukon Territory in Western Canada

In November 2025 Vita announced the acquisition of the Ninnis Gold Project, located ~70km west of Laverton, Western Australia, a world class gold mining jurisdiction hosting numerous multi-million-ounce gold deposits.
