Cometa Copper Project
The Cometa Copper Project has a significant landholding with exploration and mining licences covering approximately 56km2 and consists of three early-stage exploration projects prospective for gold, copper, and silver. The project is located in the premier copper-gold mining jurisdiction of Chile, approximately 40km to the southeast of Vallenar and immediately west of the Orito Mining District.
The project area hosts several prominent alteration and associated mineralisation zones. Previous surface sampling and geological mapping results have outlined several prospects, which offer potential for IOCG style mineralisation.
The Cometa Project is currently under review following the subjection to impairment announced 24th March 2025.
The Chilean business is currently under re-evaluation.
